Friday, April 14th is a perfect night to get out and have some fun on the dance floor! Spring is here and we should be trying to get back into shape for summer.This gives us the perfect opportunity! Friday, from 7-10pm will be 3 hours of fun dancing!  You don’t want to miss this at all! The first 45 minutes will be a short beginner lesson, something everyone can. There is a rumor about possibly Baccata?  Afterward, the DJ opens the music up to a variety of Ballroom and Latin songs that you can dance to all night.

Sunday Practice Dance!

Please join use this Sunday, March 19th for a fun Sunday Practice Dance from 2-4:30pm! Lots of dancing (ballroom and latin music)! First 15 minutes is a quick “step of the month” taught by Susie that anyone can jump into. It is always something difference each month. Only $5pp.

This Friday, March 10th from 7-10pm will be our next Free Friday night Dance Party!  Make sure you put it on your calendar because it will be a lot of fun! The first 45mins will be a beginner Waltz lesson taught by Susie Buck. The rest of the night is open dancing .(Ballroom & Latin music)

New Beginner I Class!

Calling all new dancers! We are starting a brand new 8 week Beginner I Class Monday, March 6th at 7:00pm!  No experience necessary. We take you from walking to dancing in one hour! Dances covered are the Foxtrot, Merengue, Hustle and Cha Cha Cha. A nice fun combination to get you out on the dance floor at that next party. Cost is only $80pp. Location: Boulder Creek Ballroom. New Year’s Eve Party!

The Triangle chapter of USA Dance is once again partnering with the City of Raleigh’s First Night Celebration, to bring in the New Year with ballroom dance in the historic Virginia Dare Ballroom in downtown Raleigh. We will start at 7 pm and continue to 11 pm, playing some of the best ballroom music in the Triangle. The event will be a combination of ballroom dance music for experienced dancers and an introduction to ballroom dance for beginning dancers of all ages. We are fortunate to have the incomparable Susie Buck of Take the Lead Ballroom to provide brief instruction in basic steps of cha cha, rumba and swing. Lessons will be at 8:00, 9:00 and 10:00 pm. Everyone is welcome, come as you are.
